Although we're dissatisfied to report earnings below last year, we managed the business well through a tough quarter.

But there's a number of things that are really positively impacting our ability to continue to drive unit cost reductions.

That's a great point, Chad, because where we historically had placed buys during particular time frames, we have the ability to hold back on what our demand estimates are and not place those orders as early.
