In the press release issued just before the start of this call, we announced the execution of an agreement to sell our 4G IoT Technology to Qualcomm for $200 million in all cash transactions, while retaining a license for its ongoing use and development.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sequans will retain around 230 personnel dedicated to the 4G, 5G massive IoT market with about 75% of them focused on R&D and customer support.
