Perfect. Perfect. So you guys put out your earnings release and will be filing your Form 10-K today. Tell me how you see the financial position of the company.

I think the main takeaway at this point should be that we have approximately $23.3 million in cash, which will extend beyond the first quarter of 2023. And that includes our initiation of our Phase 2a trial in psoriasis and the filing of our HyBryte new drug application, both in the second half of 2022.

Perfect. Can you like further explain on some of the processes and tools you have that have brought the company where it is?

Sure. So we manage our cash burn and make sure that we're very cognizant too, so that we can meet our milestones. Our cash burn is approximately $3 million a quarter. So that's one of the ways we're able to make sure that we can meet those milestones.

In addition to that, we have other tools in place. We have S-3 shelf registration available for $50 million, approximately $28.8 million is left on that. And we have a at-the-market transaction with B. Riley Securities of $30 million, with approximately $26.8 million on that.

Now we're very cautious in how we use our ATM -- mostly for supplementing working capital needs. We're very cognizant of our shareholders and try to limit dilution as much as possible and only utilize that in upticks in the market for our share price and volume.

Some other tools that we have -- there's non-dilutive funding. So we file programs with governmental entities and have approximately $1.3 million in non-dilutive funding through those grants and contracts available to us for 2022, as well as we also file for other government programs, such as the CARES Act Employment Retention Credit.

We sell our net operating losses for New Jersey, which we're anticipating about $1.2 million from that. And in addition to that, we have a UK tax credit through our facilities over there. That was about $200,000 we released -- received recently and some other programs as well.

So we really look to limit the exposure to our shareholders and bring in as much non-dilutive funding as we can. And then finally, we are finalizing our arbitration with Emergent that should be concluding no later than July of this year. And while we can't know what the outcome of that is, that could potentially be a significant amount of non-dilutive funding as well.
