  • Our second quarter 2024 results were impacted by the continuation of lower than normal hiring volumes at many of our clients in the markets we serve.

  • So what we're seeing in the market right now is a little bit of a hesitation and some have coined it to great hesitation where the scope and scale of new business is out there.
