  • Thanks Shawn and Good afternoon, everyone beginning with the third quarter, results revenue for the quarter was $656 million. And on a required GAAP reporting basis, it was a 92% or $315 million increase.

  • As everyone knows, we have been guiding to $75 million in annualized savings run rate and I am pleased to report that we are tracking slightly ahead of plan and expect to reach that level by the end of the first quarter of next year.
