Cronos maintained the strongest balance sheet in the industry with no debt and cash equivalents and short-term investments of $834 million reinforcing our ability to invest in growth, innovation, and global expansion.

  • Thanks Mike, and good morning. I will now review our second quarter 2025 results. The company reported consolidated net revenue of $33.5 million a 21% increase from the prior year period. Net revenue for Cronos, excluding GrowCo, was $31.2 million, representing a 13% growth year over year. GrowCo's net revenue was $2.2 million for Q2 2025.
